Prepare for Sunday – 3/6/2016
Here is our weekly resource to help us better prepare ourselves to worship Jesus and receive his Word on Sundays.
Religion runs deep in the heart of every man, woman and child. There is just something inside of us that believe that God only loves “good” people, therefore only God’s promises are for “good” people thus church is only for good people. This is the prevailing understanding that is commonly espoused among many outsiders to the church and unfortunately, many inside the church. Jesus comes with a very different message. He comes as a physician to heal the sick…not merely the physically sick but most importantly the spiritually sick. May God turn our lives upside down as we study this amazing story of grace.
