Discipleship Tracks

Everything we do as a church is about making disciples.  Here are a few ways we are seeking to do that in our beginning stages as a church.

SUNDAY SEMINARS – SUNDAY MORNINGS @ 9 a.m. (FALL & SPRING)

Sunday Seminars is Semester Based AGE GRADED Classes designed to equip the church in sound and practical theology.  Currently, we offer one Sunday Seminar for adults, youth and 3 for children. Seminars will break from Mid-December through Mid January as well as during the summer for approximately 8-10 weeks. These classes are open to members and non-members.

Pre-K:   “Gospel Story Book Bible”

Lower Elementary (Kindergarten – 2nd Grade)   “Faithful to All His Promises” (CHILDREN’S DESIRING GOD CURRICULUM)

Upper Elementary (3rd – 5th Grade) “In the Beginning…Jesus” (CHILDREN’S DESIRING GOD CURRICULUM)

MEN’S & WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY – Monday Nights (Fall & Spring)

We are passionate about investing in the lives of men and women.  We want to help them grow in the Word of God, live lives of prayer dependence on God and find their place in the His story of redemption.  Our men and women rotate meeting on Tuesday nights for 5 week Bible Studies in the Spring & Fall.  Locations may fluctuate through out the course of the Spring so please contact leader below for up to date meeting locations.

*Additional Fellowship, Activities & Service Projects are scheduled through out the year.

THEOLOGY LABS

Do you want to deepen your understanding of practical theology? Do you feel called to be better equipped to serve Grace Church? Theology Labs is a partnership with Powell’s Chapel Baptist Church to better train men and women for the work of Ministry. Theology Lab is a combination of an 6-8 week course of self-driven reading of approximately 125-150 pages coupled with a 2 hour lab experience at the end. There are 3Theology Labs offered each year.

Cost: $20 per Lab covers the cost of a Book, Study Materials & Breakfast during Lab.

March 25 – “Built Upon the Rock: The Church”  – Deadline: January 29

July 29th – “Hearing God’s Word: Expositional Preaching” – Deadline: June 4th

November 18th – “The Whole Truth about God: Biblical Theology” Deadline: Sept 10th.
